1. Introduction

Finaceverse Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“Finaceverse”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the Audric platform (“Service”) — an AI-powered compliance and audit intelligence platform for accounting and audit firms. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use Audric.

By accessing or using Audric, you agree to the collection and use of information described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.

  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 7)

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

  • Provide, operate, and improve the Audric platform
  • Process and analyse uploaded documents using AI/ML models
  • Generate compliance checks, audit reports, and recommendations
  • Authenticate users and enforce access controls (RBAC)

We do not sell your personal data or client documents to third parties, and we do not use your confidential financial documents to train external AI models.

4. Document Data & Confidentiality

Document data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Access is restricted to authenticated users within your firm's workspace.

Audric AI models run inference on your documents but do not use your document content to update or retrain shared models. Each firm's knowledge base remains isolated.

  • Service providers: Cloud infrastructure, payment processors, and analytics vendors bound by data processing agreements
  • Legal obligations: When required by applicable law, court order, or regulatory authority

  • With your consent: For any purpose you explicitly authorise

6. Data Retention

We retain account and usage data for the duration of your subscription plus 7 years, to comply with professional record-keeping standards applicable to accounting and audit services. Uploaded documents are retained per the retention schedule configured by your firm administrator. You may request deletion of your account data at any time by contacting privacy@audric.io.

7. Cookies

Audric uses essential cookies required for authentication and session management (e.g., cap_session, audric-theme). We also use analytics cookies to understand feature usage. You may disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings; this will not affect your ability to use core platform features.

8. Security

Audric is aligned with SOC 2 Type II controls. We employ encryption at rest and in transit, multi-factor authentication, role-based access controls, and continuous security monitoring. Despite these measures, no system is completely secure. We encourage you to report suspected vulnerabilities to security@audric.io.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@audric.io. We will respond within 30 days.
